Conga Latin Food
Back in 2002, our family moved to the beautiful city of Chattanooga with nothing except high hopes and one another. Our mother worked daily, trying to support us and fulfill her dream of opening a restaurant where she could show everyone her passion of cooking. She believed the best meals were those shared with loved ones in an environment so comfortable and loving that it could easily be mistaken for home. In 2003, her hard work paid off when she started Taco Rico, a restaurant that embodied her belief of how important family dinners were. Our mother even gained recognition as “The woman who brought Pupusas to Chattanooga”, a homemade dish consisting of a thick tortilla stuffed with cheese, beans, and any choice of meat. In 2011, we took ownership of the restaurant to take some stress off our mother and changed the name to Conga Latin Food. We serve everyone the best food possible; always fresh, mouthwatering, traditional, and cooked to order, because everyone that comes by is a part of our family.
