Taqueria Jalisco started in 2015 in a small red food truck on the Southside of Chattanooga. The Parra family has expanded slowly over the years into a storefront at Miller Plaza in Chattanoogas city center and a full service Tequila & Mezcal bar in Chattanoogas Southside where it all began.
